Winner of 19 major accolades, including multiple Tony, Olivier and Drama Desk Awards, Stephen Daldry's (Billy Elliot, The Crown) multi award-winning production of J.B. Priestley's classic thriller An Inspector Calls will kick off a four-city U.S. tour at Shakespeare Theatre Company from November 20 through December 23, 2018.

The Philadelphia Artists' Collective returns to the Philadelphia FringeArts Festival with a hauntingly beautiful site-specific work by the famous author of Peter Pan. Mary Rose, by J.M. Berrie, will be presented both inside the historic and ornate mansion - and outside under the stars in the cemetery itself. The show runs for a total of 12 performances through September 22, 2018. All shows are at 7:00pm. Woodlands offers patrons free parking and the cemetery is just one block from a major SEPTA bus hub. Tickets are $20 to $25 each. Press night is on Wednesday 12th September at 7.30pm.

The UC San Diego Department of Theatre and Dance has announced the winner of the 2018 Dr. Floyd Gaffney National Playwriting Competition, Stand and Wait by Eliana Pipes. Eliana will be awarded a $1000 prize, and her play will receive a staged reading today, May 12 at 10 AM, at the Wagner Theater in the Joan and Irwin Jacobs Theatre District on UC San Diego's campus.

On Sundays, March 4, 11, 18, and 25, The LIVINGroom stages an evening of solo performance centered on new beginnings at Colvin House, a landmark mansion turned creative space in Edgewater, Chicago. Eight solo artists will perform autobiographical stories, using music, words, silence, and more, directed by Mary Rose O'Connor, who also directed The LIVINGroom's 2016 performance RIP VIP.
