Barrington Stage Company has announced the 2021 Associate Artists – scenic designer Beowulf Boritt, actress Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer and costume designer Alejo Vietti.

I'm Still Here, a new virtual benefit for The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Billy Rose Theatre Division, will stream on Broadway On Demand on June 23. The evening is a celebration of the division's 90th Anniversary, and the 50th  Anniversary of its beloved Theatre on Film and Tape Archive and will honor Harold Prince and George C. Wolfe. 

Beth Craig Hall, Founder and Director of ACT Louisville Productions (ALP), announced today that she, in collaboration with ALP Instructor Sara Gettelfinger, has assembled a panel of Broadway professionals to evaluate and give feedback to the young performers who will be working on their singing, acting, and dancing skills during three week-long camps.

Also joining the cast is Aya Cash, Jake Picking, Cayden Boyd, Marc Hills, Thomas E. Sullivan) and Patrice Johnson Chevannes.

a??a??a??a??a??a??a??The Drama League has announced the 2020 Drama League Awards Nominees for Outstanding Production of a Play, Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, and the much- coveted Distinguished Performance Award.

In lieu of their usual awards ceremony, the Drama League has created the Gratitude Awards this year. The Gratitude Awards, a one-time-only pre-recorded digital fundraiser, is set to air on Thursday, April 30 at 7:30pm EST. The Gratitude Awards is a large-scale kindness project designed to share the gift of gratitude from within the theater community, with NYC, and to all. The program will include vignettes from Friends of the Drama League, including Aaron Tveit, Adrienne Warren, Condola Rashad, Elizabeth Stanley, Idina Menzel, Jeremy Pope, Kelli O'Hara, Kristin Chenoweth, Marianne Elliott, Megan Hilty, Nathan Lane, and Sutton Foster and their respective nominees!

The Drama League and filmmakers Jeff Kaufman and Marcia Ross will premiere a special video tribute to Terrence McNally on April 30. McNally was set to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award for Unique Contribution to Theater.

The Drama League's Gratitude Awards Spring 2020 Nominations videos are Live! Stars, including Nathan Lane, Megan Hilty, Kristin Chenoweth, Kelli O'Hara, Aaron Tveit, Idina Menzel and more, have all nominated who they would like to win the Gratitude Award.

The Drama League is also proud to announce the special Honorees nominated before the COVID- 19 crisis, Marianne Elliott as the recipient of the Founders Award for Excellence in Directing, and Terrence McNally as the recipient of the Unique Contribution to Theater Award. Tom Kirdahy will accept on behalf of Mr. McNally and the program will be inclusive of an In Memoriam, presented by Jeff Kaufman & Marcia Ross (producers of Terrence McNally: Every Act of Life).

Alex Brightman and Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer, the current lead actors in the hit Broadway musical Beetlejuice, will announce the 2020 Drama League Awards Nominees for Outstanding Production of a Play, Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, and the much-coveted Distinguished Performance Award. The announcement event takes place on Thursday morning, April 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Sardi's (234 West 44th Street, 4th Floor) and will be streamed live via BroadwayWorld.com.

Beginning Monday March 9, 2020, the playing schedule for Beetlejuice at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) will be as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7pm, Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 7:30pm with matinees Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.
